Refund policy

If you wish to return an item from your order it must be arranged within 30 days of your Order Purchase Date. All items are inspected upon arrival at our atelier. Please make sure your item(s) are:

- Unwashed
- Unworn, and
- Original tags still attached

If your item meets these criteria, please reach out to padrexla@gmail.com and a team member will contact you within 2 business days.

All returns will be issued a Store Credit
